At Ivory Dental we know that we need to make our treatments affordable to our patients for a win-win situation. Our fees reflect the confidence we have in our experience, effectiveness and highly individualized treatments we offer but we will always suggest alternatives that fit our patients’ lives and budgets. You can be certain that we will fully discuss your treatment at the outset, including any fees involved.
To keep our fees as low as possible, we expect all non-insurance patients to settle their accounts at the end of each visit by either cash, EFTPOS (credit and debit cards) or cheque unless prior payment arrangements have been made.
Ivory Dental is a Preferred Provider of HCF and GMHBA to minimise your insurance gap, and can also process other HICAPS claims directly with your health fund. We also process bulk billing for Child Dental Benefit Schedule (CDBS), Veteran Affairs, and the Victorian Emergency Dental Scheme (VEDS).
We reserve a specific time for your visit. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment or don’t show up, we cannot help other patients in need. For that reason we may charge you a $50 fee.
